Christmas time tends to be quieter than most American families. Our family tradition is to celebrate Christmas on Christmas Eve. We go to Midnight Mass — although even that has now been shifted to 7 PM. Afterwards, we have Christmas dinner and then, around midnight, give and share our presents.
Personally, I love it this way as opposed to the traditional American way of waiting till December 25th. Why? It gives everyone the chance to come together, celebrate the holiday and then go home or go to sleep. We spend most of Christmas Day in bed, eating leftovers and messing with whatever we asked as gifts.
This year I got an Xbox360 250-gig hard drive and I’m uploading all my old saves onto the old 11-gig hard drive. Currently I’m downloading the last of the add-ons I had bought earlier but had to delete to spare space. I also got a nice camera. So I’m going to be uploading photos every now and again.
